Chuck Berry (1926 - 2017)
Chuck Berry, an American guitarist, singe and songwriter and one of the most influential pioneers of rock and roll music, has died at his home in Wentzvile, Missouri from natural causes and no autopsy was performed according to a report filed. The 911 call showed that Chuck Berery suffered a fatal heart attack that was attributed to natural causes. He was 90.

Born Charles Edward Anderson Berry in St. Louis, Missouri on 18 October 1926, he was interested in music from an early age and was a major influence on subsequent rock music.With songs such as "Maybellene" (1955), "Roll Over Beethoven" (1956), "Rock and Roll Music" (1957) and "Johnny B. Goode", he helped refine and develop rhythm and blues into the major elements that made rock and roll distinctive.

He was survived by his wife of 68 years, Themetta Berry and two children, Chuck Jr and Ingrid. He will be missed.
